ZERO CARB CRISPY CHEESE CHIPS

These crispy cheese chips are the perfect low-carb snack when you want something crunchy, cheesy, and satisfying without the extra carbs. Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re ready in minutes and taste absolutely addictive!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Place small spoonfuls of shredded cheese onto the tray, leaving space between each pile.
  4. Flatten each pile slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
  6. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the edges become golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. They will crisp up even more as they cool.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Parmesan cheese makes them extra crispy.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Perfect for keto and low-carb diets.
