Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito
All your favorite cheeseburger flavors wrapped into one crispy, cheesy burrito! Juicy seasoned beef, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and warm tortillas make this an easy comfort-food dinner everyone will love.
Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 300g ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish or chopped pickles
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the diced onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard, then cook for another minute.
- Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re easier to fold.
- Spread a little mayonnaise in the center of each tortilla. Add the beef mixture, crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- Heat butter or oil in a pan and toast the burritos for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve hot with fries, extra pickles, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips:
- Add lettuce and tomatoes after cooking for a fresh burger-style crunch.
- Use mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for extra flavor.
