Slow Cooker Sausage & Peppers
The ultimate easy comfort meal — juicy sausage, sweet peppers, onions, and rich sauce cooked low and slow until perfectly tender. Minimal prep and packed with flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 packs smoked sausage or Italian sausage, sliced
- 2 large green bell peppers, sliced
- 2 large red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1½ cups marinara sauce or BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Add the sliced peppers and onions to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place the sliced sausage on top.
- Pour the sauce over everything.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook:
- LOW: 4–5 hours
- HIGH: 2–3 hours
- Serve hot with toasted rolls, rice, or mashed potatoes.
