Condensed Milk Blondies
Serves: 9–12
Ingredients:
225 g unsalted butter, melted
200 g light brown sugar
120 g condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
150 g white chocolate chunks
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
4. Fold in flour and baking powder until a thick batter forms.
5. Stir through most of the white chocolate chunks, reserving a few for the top.
6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared tin and press the remaining white chocolate chunks on top.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on top and slightly soft in the centre.
8. Allow to cool completely before slicing into thick blondie squares.
9. Serve with tea, coffee, or a drizzle of extra condensed milk.
