Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cheese and Wrapped in Bacon (Air Fryer)
Juicy, golden, and packed with flavor — an easy air fryer recipe that always turns out amazing
Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4–6 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheese (mozzarella, Manchego, or your favorite)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
2. Stuff: Place cheese slices inside each chicken breast.
3. Season: Mix garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush the chicken with olive oil, then coat with the spice mix.
4. Wrap with bacon: Wrap each chicken breast with 2–3 slices of bacon until fully covered.
5. Air fry: Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
6. Cook: Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning
To serve: Serve with a fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or potatoes. Add a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
Tips:
If the bacon isn’t crispy enough, increase the temperature to 200°C (390°F) for the last 3–5 minutes
Use toothpicks to secure the filling
You can add spinach or ham inside for extra taste
