 Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito

All your favorite cheeseburger flavors — juicy beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese — wrapped in a warm tortilla!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pickles, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the diced onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.
  3. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
  5. Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re easier to fold.
  6. Spread a little mayonnaise on each tortilla.
  7. Add lettuce, tomato, cooked beef mixture, bacon, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into burritos.
  9. Place the burritos seam-side down in a lightly buttered skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  10. Slice in half and serve hot with fries, extra sauce, or pickles.

Optional Add-Ins:

  • French fries inside the burrito
  • Jalapeños for heat
  • Mozzarella or American cheese
  • Burger sauce or ranch dressing
