Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito
All your favorite cheeseburger flavors — juicy beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese — wrapped in a warm tortilla!
Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 300 g ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickles, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook the diced onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re easier to fold.
- Spread a little mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Add lettuce, tomato, cooked beef mixture, bacon, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a lightly buttered skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve hot with fries, extra sauce, or pickles.

- French fries inside the burrito
- Jalapeños for heat
- Mozzarella or American cheese
- Burger sauce or ranch dressing
