Twisted Sugar Puff Pastry Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush the pastry with melted butter.
  4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the pastry.
  5. Cut the pastry into strips about 1 inch wide.
  6. Twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking tray.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

These sweet crispy pastry twists are perfect with coffee or tea and take only minutes to make.
