Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
1. Mix the Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the Marshmallow
Add the marshmallow fluff (or softened mini marshmallows) and mix well until fully combined.
