Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps

These crispy chicken ranch wraps are loaded with juicy chicken, smoky bacon, creamy homemade ranch sauce, and melted cheese all wrapped in a golden toasted tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack!

Ingredients

For the Creamy Ranch Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Wraps

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for toasting

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Creamy Ranch Sauce

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute to remove the raw flour taste.

Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously. Add the heavy cream and keep stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and thick.

Mix in the onion powder, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crispy bacon, ranch seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.

Pour in a few spoonfuls of the creamy ranch sauce and mix until everything is coated and creamy.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Add the chicken mixture to the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.

Step 4: Toast Until Crispy

Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.

Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve

Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with extra ranch sauce for dipping.
