Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
3 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple)
1 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup snap peas, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup crispy wonton strips (optional for extra crunch)
For the Dressing:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp sriracha or chili paste (optional)
