Garlic Butter Shrimp Boil Tray
This shrimp boil tray is straight-up seafood heavenΒ Juicy buttery shrimp swimming in rich garlic butter sauce with sweet corn soaking up every drop of flavor. Messy, saucy, spicy, and absolutely made for seafood lovers!

2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 ears corn, cut into halves
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp Cajun seasoning
Β½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook corn pieces for about 6β8 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and season with Old Bay, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook shrimp for 1β2 minutes per side until pink and slightly caramelized.
Reduce heat and add remaining butter and minced garlic.
Stir in lemon juice and crushed red pepper flakes, allowing the garlic butter sauce to become glossy and fragrant.
Return corn to the pan or serving tray and toss lightly in the buttery sauce.
Sprinkle generously with parsley and serve hot with extra lemon wedges and crusty bread
