Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, drained)
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, and Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serving ideas:
- Toasted baguette slices
- Crackers or tortilla chips
- Fresh veggies (carrots, cucumbers)
