 Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, drained)
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, and Parmesan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Serving ideas:

  • Toasted baguette slices
  • Crackers or tortilla chips
  • Fresh veggies (carrots, cucumbers)
