Big Mac Wraps
Satisfy cravings fast with these cheesy, meaty wraps featuring homemade special sauce perfection.
Ingredients:
For the Special Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
For the Wraps:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup diced pickles
Instructions:
- Make the Special Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth and refrigerate while you prepare the rest. - Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease. - Warm the Tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds until soft and flexible. - Assemble the Wraps:
- Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla
- Add cooked beef
- Sprinkle shredded cheese
- Top with lettuce, onions, and pickles
- Wrap & Toast (Optional but recommended):
Fold into wraps and lightly toast in a pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
Tips:
- Add sesame seeds on the outside for a true “Big Mac” vibe
- Swap beef for chicken or turkey if you want a lighter version
- Make it spicy with a dash of hot sauce in the dressing
