Grandpa’s 3-Ingredient Meatball Bites

These cheesy, savory meatball bites are a nostalgic family favorite—simple, hearty, and perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners.

 Ingredients (Only 3!)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz / 28 g) dry onion soup mix

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the ground beef, shredded mozzarella, and onion soup mix in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Form into small bite-size meatballs (about 1 inch / 2.5 cm).
  4. Place on the baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with toothpicks and your favorite dipping sauce.

 Tips

  • Don’t overmix to keep them tender.
  • Swap mozzarella for cheddar for a sharper flavor.
  • Great with marinara, BBQ sauce, or ranch dip.
