 THE BEST AIR FRYER GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or sandwich bread)
  • 2–3 slices cheese (cheddar, American, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • 1–2 tablespoons butter (softened)
    (or mayo for extra crispiness)

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Butter the bread
    Spread butter on one side of each slice.
  3. Assemble sandwich
    • Place one slice in the air fryer basket, buttered side down
    • Add cheese on top
    • Cover with second slice, buttered side up
  4. Air fry
    Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 4–5 minutes
  5. Flip carefully
    Flip the sandwich and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot
    Slice and enjoy that gooey melted cheese

 Tips for the BEST result:

  • Use mayo instead of butter for a crispier crust
  • Mix cheeses (cheddar + mozzarella = )
  • Add extras: tomato slices, turkey, or caramelized onions
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer
