 Crockpot Angel Chicken

 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ packet Italian dressing mix

 Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken
    Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot in a single layer.
  2. Make the sauce
    In a bowl, mix together:

    • Cream of chicken soup
    • Chicken broth
    • Softened cream cheese
    • Italian dressing mix
      Stir until mostly smooth (a few small lumps are okay).
  3. Combine
    Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cook
    • On LOW for 5–6 hours
    • Or on HIGH for 3–4 hours
      The chicken should be tender and easy to shred.
  5. Finish
    Stir the sauce in the crockpot until creamy and well combined.
    You can leave the chicken whole or shred it into the sauce.

Serving Ideas

Serve your angel chicken over:

  • Pasta (like angel hair )
  • Rice
  • Mashed potatoes

Tips

  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.
  • Sprinkle a little Parmesan on top before serving for extra richness.
