Creamy Ham & Pickle Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced ham (or turkey)
- ½ cup chopped pickles (or relish)
- ¼ cup finely diced bell peppers (optional)
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1–2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Make the filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese + mayonnaise until smooth. - Add ingredients
Stir in ham, pickles, peppers, cheese, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. - Spread & roll
Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Roll tightly into a log. - Chill
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (this helps them hold shape). - Slice
Cut into small pinwheels and serve.
Tips:
- Chill well before cutting (this is the secret to clean slices)
- You can swap ham with chicken or tuna
- Add olives or corn for extra flavor (like in your photo)
