Creamy Garlic Chicken (Easy & Delicious Dinner)

 Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (whole or sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cooking cream)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions:

  1. Cook the chicken:
    • Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat
    • Season the chicken with salt and pepper
    • Cook for about 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked
    • Remove from the pan and set aside
  2. Make the sauce:
    • In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute
    • Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth
    • Stir well and let it simmer gently
  3. Add cheese:
    • Add the shredded cheese and stir until the sauce becomes creamy and thick
  4. Combine:
    • Return the chicken to the pan
    • Let it cook in the sauce for 5 minutes to absorb the flavor
  5. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh parsley
    • Serve with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or bread
