 April Sweetness Only 4 Ingredients Cake

This is a super easy slow cooker dessert—soft cake with a sweet, glossy top.

 Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (about 15.25 oz)
  • 1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz, NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

 Instructions

  1. Prepare slow cooker
    Lightly grease it with butter or spray.
  2. Make the batter
    Mix the cake mix + pumpkin purée until thick and smooth.
  3. Add to slow cooker
    Spread the batter evenly.
  4. Prepare topping
    In another bowl, mix condensed milk + pumpkin spice.
  5. Pour (don’t stir!)
    Pour the mixture over the batter. It will create a soft, glossy layer while cooking.
  6. Cook
    • HIGH: 2–2.5 hours
    • LOW: 4–4.5 hours
      Until set on edges and slightly soft in the center.
  7. Rest & serve
    Let it sit 10–15 minutes, then scoop and serve warm.

 Serving ideas

  • Add vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
  • Serve with tea or coffee
  • Add fruits like oranges or pears on the side

 Tips

  • Use spice cake mix for stronger flavor
  • Add vanilla extract for extra sweetness
  • Open ,lid slightly at the end for a thicker top
