Seed & Nut No-Flour Bread
Ingredients
- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 120 g flax seeds
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 60 g chia seeds
- 30 g almonds (chopped)
- 30 g psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 300 ml water
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, combine all seeds, almonds, psyllium husk, and salt. - Add wet ingredients
Pour in water, tahini, and lemon juice. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. - Let it rest
Leave the mixture for about 10–15 minutes so it thickens (psyllium absorbs water and binds everything). - Shape the loaf
Transfer the mixture into a lined loaf pan and press it down firmly. - Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45–60 minutes until firm and golden. - Cool completely
Let the bread cool fully before slicing (very important for texture).

- This bread is dense, nutty, and very filling (not like soft white bread).
