- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season pork chops with pepper and paprika.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned (this adds flavor).
2. Prepare the sauce
- In a bowl, mix:
- Honey

3. Assemble in slow cooker
- Add sliced onions to the bottom.
- Place seared pork chops on top.
- Pour the sauce over everything.
4. Cook

5. Thicken the sauce (optional)
- Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water.
- Stir into the slow cooker and cook another 10–15 minutes until thickened.
Serving Ideas
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread to soak up the sauce
- Add steamed veggies on the side
Tip: If you like a slightly smoky taste like in the photo, broil the pork chops for 3–5 minutes after slow cooking.
