ONE-PAN TACO MAC ATTACK

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the Beef
In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the Seasoning
Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Add Pasta & Liquids
Add uncooked macaroni, beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, and milk.
Simmer
Stir well and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Make It Cheesy
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Adjust Flavor
Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Rest & Thicken
Remove from heat and let sit a few minutes to thicken.
Garnish & Serve
Top with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
