CRISPY HIGH-PROTEIN LOW-CARB BROCCOLI BITES
INGREDIENTS
For the broccoli bites:
- 1 large head of broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil spray (or light drizzle)
- 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the creamy dip:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp light mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: PREHEAT OVEN
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
STEP 2: PREPARE BROCCOLI
Toss the broccoli florets with:
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- nutritional yeast
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
Mix well so everything is evenly coated.
STEP 3: ARRANGE ON TRAY
Spread the broccoli on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Don’t overcrowd (so it gets crispy!)
STEP 4: BAKE
Roast for 20–25 minutes until:
- golden edges
- crispy texture
(Flip halfway for even crispiness )
STEP 5: MAKE THE DIP
Mix all dip ingredients in a bowl:
- Greek yogurt
- mayo (optional)
- Dijon mustard
- lemon juice
- paprika, salt, pepper
Stir until smooth and creamy.
STEP 6: SERVE
Serve broccoli bites hot with the creamy dip and enjoy
