Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps – Quick, Melty & Irresistible!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Optional add-ins
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (extra creamy)
Instructions
- Garlic butter base
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. - Warm the chicken
Add the cooked chicken to the pan. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir for 2–3 minutes to heat through. - Add the cheese
Lower the heat. Mix in mozzarella and cheddar (and cream cheese if using). Stir until melty and combined. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley or chili flakes if desired. - Fill the wraps
Lay out the tortillas. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture down the center of each. - Fold & toast
Fold the sides, then roll tightly into wraps. Place seam-side down in a dry pan over medium heat. Toast 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp. - Serve
Slice in half and serve hot while the cheese is gooey and stretchy.
Tips
- Don’t overfill the tortillas to keep them easy to roll.
- A lid on the pan helps the cheese melt faster while toasting.
- Great with a side of ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.
