 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan
    Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cook the sugar mixture
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and milk.
    Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Boil briefly
    Let it boil for about 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously so it doesn’t burn.
  4. Add peanut butter & vanilla
    Remove from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
    Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour and set
    Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Cool
    Let it cool at room temperature (or refrigerate for faster setting) until firm.
  7. Cut and serve
    Slice into squares and enjoy!

 Tips

  • Work quickly after removing from heat—the fudge sets fast.
  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of salt or swirl in melted chocolate.
