Garlic Parmesan Italian Deli Subs
Loaded with savory deli meats, melty cheese, and brushed with rich garlic butter—these subs are bold, cheesy perfection!

Ingredients:
4 hoagie rolls
1/2 lb salami
1/2 lb ham
1/2 lb capicola or pepperoni
4 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
1/4 cup banana peppers
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice hoagie rolls and layer salami, ham, capicola, and provolone cheese inside.
3. Mix melted butter with garlic, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
4. Brush the garlic butter generously over the tops of the rolls.
5. Wrap subs in foil and bake for 8–10 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
6. Remove from oven and add lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers.
7. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then season lightly.
8. Close sandwiches, slice, and serve immediately.
