Big Mac Cheeseburger Protein Bowl

 Ingredients

For the bowl:

  • 150g lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 20g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for that Big Mac feel)

For the sauce :

  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 Instructions

  1. Cook the meat:
    In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder.
  2. Prepare the sauce:
    Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the bowl:
    In a bowl, add lettuce as the base. Top with cooked beef, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and cheese.
  4. Add the magic:
    Drizzle the Big Mac-style sauce over everything.
  5. Finish & serve:
    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for that authentic burger vibe.
