Ingredients
For the bowl:
- 150g lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup diced pickles
- ¼ cup diced onions
- 20g shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for that Big Mac feel)
For the sauce :
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the meat:
In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder. - Prepare the sauce:
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. - Assemble the bowl:
In a bowl, add lettuce as the base. Top with cooked beef, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and cheese. - Add the magic:
Drizzle the Big Mac-style sauce over everything. - Finish & serve:
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for that authentic burger vibe.
