Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bites Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
For the dough & topping:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Once the beef is warm (not hot), mix in the shredded cheese.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to form a sealed ball.
- Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces (ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli).
Tips
- Don’t overfill the dough to prevent leaking while baking.
- You can add extras like diced pickles, cooked bacon bits, or sautéed onions for more cheeseburger flavor.
- These reheat well, making them great for leftovers or meal prep.
