Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bites Cheeseburger Bombs

 Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

For the dough & topping:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp minced garlic (or garlic powder)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Once the beef is warm (not hot), mix in the shredded cheese.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  5. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to form a sealed ball.
  7. Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking tray.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each dough ball.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces (ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli).

 Tips

  • Don’t overfill the dough to prevent leaking while baking.
  • You can add extras like diced pickles, cooked bacon bits, or sautéed onions for more cheeseburger flavor.
  • These reheat well, making them great for leftovers or meal prep.
