Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta 

Ingredients 

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in well-salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  3. Add heavy cream and milk. Stir in ranch seasoning, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Let the sauce simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cheddar and mozzarella. Stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon. Mix well.
  7. Add the drained pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
  8. Simmer 2–3 minutes so flavors combine.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Tip: Sprinkle extra cheese on top and broil 2 minutes for a golden cheesy finish.
