Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta
Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in well-salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and milk. Stir in ranch seasoning, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Let the sauce simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon. Mix well.
- Add the drained pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes so flavors combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tip: Sprinkle extra cheese on top and broil 2 minutes for a golden cheesy finish.
