Amish Hamburger Steak Bake
A hearty, comforting casserole loaded with seasoned beef, veggies, and rich creamy sauce topped with melty cheese!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, mixed vegetables, and mushrooms.
4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk until smooth.
5. Combine beef mixture with the soup mixture and stir well.
6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
