 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

 Ingredients

For the Wraps:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

For Cooking:

  • 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)

 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add Flavor
    Mix in the minced garlic, mayonnaise, cream cheese (if using), and Italian seasoning.
    Season with salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Wraps
    Lay the tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly between them.
    Spread it in the center, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  4. Cook the Wraps
    Heat butter (or olive oil) in a skillet over medium heat.
    Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve
    Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve warm. The cheese should be melted and gooey

  • Add chopped spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor
  • Spice it up with chili flakes or hot sauce
  • Serve with ranch, garlic sauce, or marinara for dippin
