 4-Ingredient Baked Corned Beef Sliders

 Ingredients:

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work best)
  • 300–400 g corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar), cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the buns
    Slice the slider buns in half horizontally (keep them connected if possible). Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the filling
    • Add an even layer of corned beef over the bottom buns.
    • Place the cheese slices on top of the meat.
    • Cover with the top half of the buns.
  4. Add the butter
    Brush the melted butter evenly over the tops of the buns.
  5. Bake
    Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
    Then remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes until the tops are golden and slightly crispy.
  6. Serve
    Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.

 Tips:

  • You can add mustard or a little garlic powder to the butter for extra flavor.
  • Perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners!
