4-Ingredient Baked Corned Beef Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work best)
- 300–400 g corned beef, thinly sliced
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar), cut in half
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare the buns
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally (keep them connected if possible). Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish. - Layer the filling
- Add an even layer of corned beef over the bottom buns.
- Place the cheese slices on top of the meat.
- Cover with the top half of the buns.
- Add the butter
Brush the melted butter evenly over the tops of the buns. - Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes until the tops are golden and slightly crispy. - Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Tips:
- You can add mustard or a little garlic powder to the butter for extra flavor.
- Perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners!
