 Garlic Butter Chicken & Noodles

 Ingredients:

  • 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 cups egg noodles (uncooked)

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken
    Place the raw chicken pieces in a slow cooker.
  2. Make the garlic butter
    In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic.
  3. Add the butter mixture
    Pour the garlic butter over the raw chicken.
  4. Add the broth
    Pour in the chicken broth to cover the chicken.
  5. Cook
    Cover and cook:

    • On LOW for 4–5 hours, or
    • On HIGH for 2–3 hours
      Until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  6. Season
    Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Add noodles
    Stir in the uncooked egg noodles. Make sure they are mostly covered with liquid.
  8. Finish cooking
    Cook on HIGH for another 20–30 minutes, until the noodles are soft.

Tips (optional):

  • Add ½ cup heavy cream for a creamy version
  • Add vegetables like peas or carrots
  • Use chicken thighs for more flavor
