Creamy Slow Cooker Beef Chunks

Ingredients
- 2 lbs (1 kg) beef chunks (stew meat or chuck)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup sour cream (or heavy cream)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
- 2 tbsp water (optional)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Place beef chunks in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook:
- LOW: 6–8 hours
- HIGH: 4–5 hours
- (Optional) Mix cornstarch with water, add to the slow cooker, and cook 20–30 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream at the end until creamy.
- Serve hot.

Notes
- Add the cream at the end to avoid curdling.
- Use tender cuts like chuck for best results.
