Keto Ham & Cheddar Bites
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked ham, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- If using onion and garlic, cook them in a pan for a few minutes until soft, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add the chopped ham, cheddar cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and spices.
- Mix everything well until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin or shape into small balls and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let them cool slightly, then serve.
