 Low Carb 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties

 Ingredients:

  • 1 can salmon (about 14 oz / 400g), drained
  • 1 egg
  • 2–3 tablespoons of one of the following (low-carb binder):
    • almond flour
    • ground flaxseed
    • crushed pork rinds (optional)

 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.
  2. Add the egg and your chosen binder.
  3. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
  4. Shape into small patties.
  5. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

 Tips:

  • You can add salt, pepper, or garlic powder for extra flavor.
  • If the mixture feels too soft, refrigerate it for 10 minutes before shaping.
  • Serve with salad or lettuce wraps for a low-carb meal.

  • Soft and flavorful inside
  • Healthy and low in carbs
