Low Carb 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 can salmon (about 14 oz / 400g), drained
- 1 egg
- 2–3 tablespoons of one of the following (low-carb binder):
- almond flour
- ground flaxseed
- crushed pork rinds (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.
- Add the egg and your chosen binder.
- Mix well until the mixture holds together.
- Shape into small patties.
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Tips:
- You can add salt, pepper, or garlic powder for extra flavor.
- If the mixture feels too soft, refrigerate it for 10 minutes before shaping.
- Serve with salad or lettuce wraps for a low-carb meal.
