Cheesy Stuffed Biscuit Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 300–400g ground beef or chicken (or sausage)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- Extra cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the filling
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add onion and garlic, cook until soft
- Add meat, salt, pepper, and paprika
- Cook until fully done, then let it cool slightly
- Prepare the dough
- Flatten each biscuit piece
- Add a spoon of filling + a little cheese
- Fold and seal into a roll or ball
- Assemble
- Place all stuffed pieces side by side in a greased baking dish
- Pack them closely like in the picture
- Add cheese
- Sprinkle extra cheese generously on top
- Bake
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown
Tips:
- You can use sausages, shredded chicken, or even vegetables as filling
- Brush the top with melted butter + garlic for extra flavor
- Serve with a dipping sauce (ketchup, ranch, or garlic sauce)
