Crock-Pot Chicken (Easy & Juicy)
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 1 tbsp homemade mix)
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crock-Pot
Lightly grease your Crock-Pot or use a liner for easy cleanup. - Add the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock-Pot. - Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine:- ranch seasoning
- gravy mix
- chicken broth
- cream of chicken soup
- garlic powder
- black pepper
Stir until smooth.
- Pour Over Chicken
Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken. - Cook
- LOW: 6–7 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
- Shred the Chicken
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the pot. - Add Sour Cream
Stir in the sour cream until creamy and well combined.
Serving Ideas:
- Over mashed potatoes
- With rice or pasta
- On toasted bread for sandwiches
- With steamed veggies
Tips:
- Add mushrooms or onions for extra flavor
- Use chicken thighs for a richer taste
- Want it cheesier? Add shredded cheddar at the end
