Crock-Pot Chicken

Crock-Pot Chicken (Easy & Juicy)

 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 1 tbsp homemade mix)
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crock-Pot
    Lightly grease your Crock-Pot or use a liner for easy cleanup.
  2. Add the Chicken
    Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
  3. Mix the Sauce
    In a bowl, combine:

    • ranch seasoning
    • gravy mix
    • chicken broth
    • cream of chicken soup
    • garlic powder
    • black pepper

    Stir until smooth.

  4. Pour Over Chicken
    Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cook
    • LOW: 6–7 hours
    • HIGH: 3–4 hours
  6. Shred the Chicken
    Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the pot.
  7. Add Sour Cream
    Stir in the sour cream until creamy and well combined.

Serving Ideas:

  • Over mashed potatoes
  • With rice or pasta
  • On toasted bread for sandwiches
  • With steamed veggies

 Tips:

  • Add mushrooms or onions for extra flavor
  • Use chicken thighs for a richer taste
  • Want it cheesier? Add shredded cheddar at the end
