Spaghetti Tacos
Two family favorites come together in one fun meal with seasoned ground beef, tender spaghetti, and taco-inspired flavors everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 6 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup water
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 taco shells
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the water, taco seasoning, and salsa to the beef. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and mix until everything is well combined.
- Warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
