 Homemade Fresh Raspberry Lemonade

A refreshing homemade raspberry lemonade made with fresh berries and real lemons. It’s naturally fruity, perfectly sweet, and the ultimate drink for hot summer days, backyard barbecues, picnics, or simply relaxing on the porch.

Ingredients

  • 250 g (9 oz) fresh raspberries, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 large lemons
  • 1 liter (4 cups) cold water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly and set aside a few for garnishing.
  2. Juice the two lemons and remove any seeds.
  3. Add the raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove the seeds.
  5. Add the cold water and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  7. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour in the raspberry lemonade.
  8. Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves if desired.

Tips

  • For a sparkling version, replace half of the water with chilled sparkling water just before serving.
  • If your raspberries are very sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.
  • For a stronger berry flavor, let the lemonade chill for 1–2 hours before serving.

Storage

Store the lemonade in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir well before serving, as natural separation may occur.

Enjoy this bright, refreshing homemade raspberry lemonade with family and friends!
