Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs

Introduction

These cheesy beef biscuit bombs are the ultimate comfort food! Fluffy golden biscuit dough wraps around seasoned ground beef and melted cheddar cheese, creating a delicious handheld snack or dinner that’s impossible to resist.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough round.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Pull the dough edges up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
  9. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  10. Brush with melted butter if desired.
  11. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
