Creamy Mushroom Slow Cooker Burgers
A cozy, hands-off slow cooker meal where beef patties gently simmer in a rich, creamy mushroom gravy until tender and flavorful.
Ingredients
- 2–4 beef burger patties
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooking cream (200–250 ml)
- ½ cup water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic in butter/oil until soft.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Transfer this mixture to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the cream, water, and bouillon cube until combined.
- Place the raw burger patties on top of the sauce (as shown).
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 4 hours
- High: 2 hours
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
