 Creamy Mushroom Slow Cooker Burgers

A cozy, hands-off slow cooker meal where beef patties gently simmer in a rich, creamy mushroom gravy until tender and flavorful.

 Ingredients

  • 2–4 beef burger patties
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooking cream (200–250 ml)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

 Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic in butter/oil until soft.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Transfer this mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in the cream, water, and bouillon cube until combined.
  5. Place the raw burger patties on top of the sauce (as shown).
  6. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 4 hours
    • High: 2 hours
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

 Serve With

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Steamed rice
  • Toasted bread or dinner rolls
