  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup diced pickles

 Instructions:

  1. Make the Special Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth and refrigerate while you prepare the rest.
  2. Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
  3. Warm the Tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds until soft and flexible.
  4. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla
    • Add cooked beef
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese
    • Top with lettuce, onions, and pickles
  5. Wrap & Toast (Optional but recommended):
Fold into wraps and lightly toast in a pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.

 Tips:

  • Add sesame seeds on the outside for a true “Big Mac” vibe
  • Swap beef for chicken or turkey if you want a lighter version
  • Make it spicy with a dash of hot sauce in the dressing

Quick, cheesy, and seriously satisfying—perfect for lunch or a fast dinner
