Ingredients

  • ½ cup cold Greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp crushed strawberries (fresh or thawed)

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a bowl (yogurt must be cold).
  2. Whisk very fast for 30–40 seconds (or shake hard in a jar).
