90-Second Keto Bread (Quick & Easy Low-Carb Bread)

A soft, fluffy, single-serving keto bread you can make in just 90 seconds! Perfect for quick sandwiches, breakfast, or when you’re craving bread without the carbs.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

 Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or small ramekin, crack the egg and whisk it lightly.
  2. Add the almond flour, melted butter (or oil), baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix everything well until you get a smooth, lump-free batter. Make sure to scrape the sides so everything is fully combined.
  4. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for about 90 seconds, or until the bread is fully set and firm to the touch.
  5. Let it cool for 1–2 minutes (this helps the texture improve and makes it easier to remove).
  6. Gently run a knife around the edges and take the bread out of the mug.
  7. Slice it in half and toast it in a pan or toaster for a better, slightly crispy texture.

 Tips for Best Results:

  • Don’t skip the toasting step—it makes a big difference in taste and texture.
  • You can add a pinch of garlic powder, herbs, or cheese for extra flavor.
