Garlic Butter Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges or chunks
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the potatoes well. You can peel them or leave the skin on if you prefer.
- Cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces so they cook evenly.
- In a large bowl, mix together:
- potatoes
- minced garlic
- melted butter
- salt and black pepper
Toss well until all the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and soft inside.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving (optional).
