 Garlic Butter Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges or chunks
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes well. You can peel them or leave the skin on if you prefer.
  3. Cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces so they cook evenly.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together:
    • potatoes
    • minced garlic
    • melted butter
    • salt and black pepper

    Toss well until all the potatoes are evenly coated.

  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and soft inside.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving (optional).

Serve hot and enjoy!
