Grill Pan Honey Glazed Steak Strips
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, cut into thin strips
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the marinade:
In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using). - Marinate the steak:
Add the steak strips to the bowl and toss well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor). - Heat the grill pan:
Place a grill pan over medium-high heat and let it get hot. - Cook the steak:
Add the marinated steak strips in a single layer. Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, until nicely seared and cooked through. - Glaze and finish:
Pour any remaining marinade into the pan and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy. - Serve:
Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped parsley if desired.
