Garlic Butter Steak Bites – Tender, Juicy & Fast

Garlic Butter Steak Bites – Tender, Juicy & Fast!

 Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the steak
Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels (this helps get a good sear). Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
  2. Heat the pan
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Sear the steak
Add steak cubes in a single layer (don’t overcrowd the pan).
Sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make garlic butter
Lower the heat to medium. In the same pan, add butter and let it melt.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it!).
  5. Combine everything
Return the steak bites to the pan and toss them in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Garnish & serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Serving Ideas:

  • With mashed potatoes
  • Over rice
  • With roasted veggies
  • Or just enjoy as-is!

 Tips:

  • Use a hot pan for a perfect crust
  • Don’t overcrowd—cook in batches if needed
  • Let the steak rest a minute before serving for juicier bites
