 Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the sausage
    In a pan, cook the sausage until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Mix eggs
    In a bowl, whisk the eggs well.
  4. Combine everything
    Add the cooked sausage and shredded cheese to the eggs. Mix together.
  5. Bake
    Pour into the baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until set in the center and lightly golden on top.
  6. Serve
    Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
