Cheesy Hissy Fit Dip! Don’t Lose This!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 2 tbsp chives, freshly chopped
- ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 8 ounces Velveeta, cut into cubes
Instructions:
- Cook the sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until fully browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
- Add flavorings: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and chopped chives. Cook for 1–2 minutes to let the flavors combine.
- Prepare the cheese mixture: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and dried parsley. Mix until smooth.
- Combine everything: Add the cooked sausage mixture and the Velveeta cubes to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Melt the cheese: Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan or slow cooker. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the Velveeta is completely melted and the dip is creamy.
- Serve: Pour the dip into a serving bowl. Garnish with extra chives if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
